We’re hiring driven full-cycle sales reps who can source their own leads, prospect, run demos, and close high-value SaaS deals for a next-generation AI platform used by law firms and corporate legal teams. .
What You Will Do:
Source and qualify your own leads (law firms, in-house teams, legal ops)
Conduct outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
Book and run discovery calls + product demos
Close high-ticket SaaS deals ($1,000/user/month)
Update CRM + maintain clean pipeline
Work independently and own the full sales cycle
Work Remote and target anywhere in the USA
Compensation:
25%–35% commission on each closed deal
Average commission of $3,000–$6,000 per sale
Residual commissions on renewals
No cap on earnings
Fast payouts for closed business
Requirements:
Strong English + confident communication
Prior experience in B2B or SaaS sales preferred
Comfortable with cold outreach + independent lead sourcing
Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven
Available for calls during USA-friendly hours
Comfortable working 100% commission (high-ticket environment)
